  • Prizes for the ‘Best Development Initiative in Market-Rate Housing’ for Fioresta and ‘Best Business Innovation Initiative’ for AEDAS Homes GPT Architecture at the 21st edition of the ASPRIMA-SIMA 2024 Awards.

  • 7th AEDAS Homes Architects Gathering, focusing on healthy homes.

  • Awarded three concessions under the Madrid Region’s affordable housing scheme, Plan Vive III.

  • Acquisition of Promociones y Propiedades Inmobiliarias Espacio (Priesa Group).
